IELTS Preparation Course in Bali
The IELTS (International English Language Testing System) is one of the most widely recognized English proficiency tests in the world, accepted by universities, employers, and immigration authorities globally. There are two versions, and we prepare students for either one, depending on your goal:
- IELTS Academic — required for university admissions and professional registration in an English-speaking environment.
- IELTS General Training — required for immigration, work experience, and secondary education in an English-speaking country.

What You’ll Cover
Both versions share the same Listening and Speaking sections, with different Reading and Writing content:
- Listening — everyday and academic conversation formats, note-taking, and question types
- Reading — passage structure, vocabulary in context, skimming and scanning strategies (academic texts for Academic; everyday/workplace texts for General Training)
- Writing — Task 1 (describing a graph/chart for Academic, or writing a letter for General Training) and Task 2 (essay writing), with a focus on structure, coherence, and grammar accuracy
- Speaking — the three-part interview format, fluency, pronunciation, and structuring a clear response under time pressure

Enrollment Requirement
You’ll need Intermediate (B1) level proficiency or above, or have completed Elementary 2 (A2) at JB English, to enroll in this course.
