After graduating from Christian Artha Wacana University, a private university located in Kupang, Viano dedicated himself to education by joining the Bali Children Foundation (BCF). He served as an English and science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) teacher for nearly five years, working with students across elementary, secondary, and high school levels on the island of Lembongan. During his time in BCF, he participated in various professional development programs in language teaching conducted by Australian and British training institutions. Viano joined us in early 2024 to teach English and Indonesian as a foreign language. Outside of work, Viano enjoys playing guitar, singing, and watching talk shows, movies, and football matches.

Rahayu is an experienced English teacher with over 9 years of teaching experience working with learners from different backgrounds and proficiency levels. She previously taught Japanese students at Bali Bali English and has also worked as a private English tutor for Indonesian learners. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from STIBA Saraswati Denpasar and has developed a flexible and student-centered teaching approach throughout her career. Rahayu focuses on helping students improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills through practical communication and personalized learning experiences.

Dwitya's love for teaching started early — she was already in the classroom by her second year of university. With a perfect GPA of 4.00, she brings both academic excellence and real classroom experience to JB English Bali. From young learners to adults, she creates fun and engaging lessons that build confidence and real communication skills. Outside the classroom, she enjoys reading books and watching movies in English — and is currently taking her teaching even further with a Master's degree in English Language Education.

After earning her teaching degree from Universitas Katolik Widya Mandala Surabaya, Erica spent three years teaching English and IELTS preparation at LB LIA — working with learners of all ages, from young children to adults. Her dedication to the craft led to a full-ride IISMA scholarship to study at the Universidad de Granada in Spain, where firsthand experience as a language learner in a new culture gave her a deeper, more empathetic understanding of the classroom. Outside of work, Erica can be found with a book in hand, out on a run, or giving back through volunteering.

After completing both his Bachelor's degree in English Language Education and Master's degree in Linguistics at Universitas Brawijaya, Angga pursued a career in English language education and academic research. He has taught English to learners of various ages and backgrounds, including young learners, university students, and adult professionals. His teaching experience includes General English, IELTS preparation, Business English, and Hospitality English, with a strong focus on communicative and student-centered learning. Angga also has experience in educational research and has published academic work on language policy, translanguaging pedagogy, and English language education in Indonesia. He joined Jembatan Bahasa in 2026 and teaches both English and Indonesian as a foreign language. Outside of teaching, Angga enjoys reading, conducting research, and exploring topics related to language, education, and culture.

After graduating from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia with a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Yovita worked as a microbiology researcher for more than four years, working alongside researchers, students, and business professionals. Along the way, she discovered that her passion extends beyond science to education. She has more than three years of experience teaching both young and adult learners, professionally and as a volunteer. Her love for teaching, especially English, started during her school and university years, when she enjoyed helping her fellow students learn English and other subjects. Outside of work, Yovita loves travelling and socializing, staying active through exercise, watching TV series, and playing games.

Kevin holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Universitas Mahasaraswati Denpasar, where he graduated with a perfect GPA of 4.0. He spent over a year and a half teaching English at a tutoring centre, supporting elementary and middle school students in developing their communication and reading skills. He also volunteered as an English teacher at a local public school, teaching everyday vocabulary to students. Beyond the classroom, Kevin is passionate about the environment and has been involved in beach clean-up volunteering in Bali. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, exploring nature, and exercising.

Sheila is a native English speaker of Northern Irish and Balinese heritage, bringing a rare combination of linguistic precision and cultural depth to every lesson. She holds a degree in Engineering from Fachhochschule München in Germany and has spent 29 years working across English teaching, copy-editing, proofreading, and academic writing — covering everything from everyday conversation to the most demanding international curricula. She has extensive experience preparing students for IELTS, TOEFL, IB Diploma, A-Levels, and IGCSE, and has worked with learners ranging from primary school pupils to university graduates and working professionals. Sheila has also served as a columnist for Singapore Press Holdings and as a copy-editor and proofreader for international translation bureaus in Singapore. She brings a sharp eye for language, a broad world view, and nearly three decades of expertise to her teaching.
